is alcohol included?

As silly as it may sound, the answer is no. Unfortunately due to NYS law, we’re unable to purchase any alcohol for the event. However, we will provide each client a detailed alcohol list to purchase. The positive of this law, you get to keep any left over alcohol!

DO WE HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes! We are fully insured with general liability and liquor liability insurance.

Do we provide bartenders?

Of course! Depending on the head count provided during our consultation, each event will come with at least one certified/licensed bartender. Depending on the size of your event will determine how many are necessary.

What type of events can we do?

You name it, we can do it! We specialize in weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, corporate events, and the list goes on!

What areas do you service?

We’re serving all of Long Island, NY. We’re based out of Stony Brook, NY. Any event outside of a 20 mile radius is a additional $2.00 per mile.

Do we only serve cocktails?

Of course not! While we do pride ourselves on our delicious specialty cocktails, we’ll serve whatever your heart desires to make your event perfect! From mocktails, beer, wine, champagne & soft drinks. Our trailer also comes with a complimentary water station. We typically fill each with a variety of citrus fruits.

How much room is needed for the trailer?

Our trailer is about 14ft long, 8.5ft wide and 9.5ft tall. We need a 10ft wide space to get into the backyard. We set up the trailer with the backdoor open for the photo wall, which makes the trailer about 20ft long. The trailer is attached to a full size pick up truck that we will disconnect after arrival. After our consultation, we can help determine where the trailer will best fit through a  virtual consultation. We understand you have a vision for your event however it’s best to plan ahead incase the trailer doesn’t fit in the preferred space.
